Excellent and prompt service.

I dropped off my pool chlorinator and cell about 10 am and explained my issues with them. The young lady made a note of this and said that someone would call me later after it had been inspected. The call came a couple of hours later with an explanation of the work required and a firm quote for repairs. I gave them the go ahead as it was a lot cheaper than buying a new one. To my great surprise I received an SMS that same day to say the job was done and I could pick it up at my convenience. Great service! Definitely would recommend them.

Dropped my noisy pool pump (bearings and some other small issues) off at Aquamech on Monday morning at about 9:00am, received a call a couple of hours later detailing the problems and repair cost and was told that it would likely be ready by Tuesday afternoon. At 10:55am on Tuesday I was notified that it was ready for pick up! Just over 24 hours to repair my pump! I’m very impressed. The pump is now back at home and working well (quietly) just like it should. I found the cost to be very reasonable. I’ll be returning for any and all future pool pump maintenance of concerns.

I bought an Australian made H2flo Chlorinator about 12 months ago from these guys and just to say thank you for the advice on buying this chlorinator. Had an expensive Astral Pool system and it didn't make 3 years. Very ordinary. H2flo are built in Queensland and it has been faultless. Excellent product and couldn't be happier.
